Emballageretur has submitted our consultation response to the Ministry of the Environment’s supplementary consultation on the revised draft regulation concerning the registration and reporting of packaging.

In our consultation response, we address several points:

• Uniform rules across Extended Producer Responsibilities.
• Establishment of a financial clearing house.
• Producer concept and availability.
• Registry for producers and their representatives.
• Reporting obligation to the Dansk Producentansvar.
• Publication of information regarding ownership and membership overview in producer responsibility organisations.
